Jeanette Underwood Ratliff

Jeanette Underwood Ratliff, 73, of Collinsville, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in North Carolina.   She was born in Franklin County on June 22, 1948, the daughter of the late Shirley Basil and Eva Boyd Underwood.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Curtis Ratliff; brother, Arnold Underwood; sister, Judy Clingenpeel and a great-granddaughter, Kaitlynne Midkiff.
Jeanette is survived by her daughter, Patricia Lawson (Jerry) of Ferrum; grandchildren, Mikayla Richards and Caiden Young; great-grandchildren, Alexis Midkiff and Mason Richards; special canine companion, Snowball; brothers, Danny Underwood and Michael Underwood both of Ferrum; special friend, Linda France; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 16, 2021at Vision Assembly of God in Collinsville.
