Minnie Eulene Hall "Mema" Bell

Minnie Eulene Hall Bell; Mema, 92, of Martinsville, passed peacefully on August 1, 2021 at SOVAH hospital in Martinsville.

Mema was born in Patrick County, Virginia to the late Charlie McKinley Hall and Betha Foley Hall Marshall on April 10, 1929.

In addition to her parents, Minnie is preceded in death by her husband John Henry Bell; and siblings Charlie Junior Hall, Maecell Hall Martin, Ben Hall, Leonard Deuel Hall, Jean Hall Bell, Marie Hall Spangler, and Milcie Hall Arnold.

Mema is survived by her daughters Glenda Moore (Billy), Lisa Nester (Allen), Leta Wilkerson (Eric); siblings Louella Hall Willis, Otis Hall, and Maxine Hall Wood; eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Perhaps most notable left to cherish her memory is her constant feline companion and bed buddy Aaron Carter.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Wright Funeral Home in Martinsville with a memorial service immediately following at 4:00 PM officiated by the Reverend Ron Gardner.

The burial will be private.
