Lisa Burgin Minter, 48, of Bassett, Virginia passed away August 4, 2021 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born April 9, 1973, in Wiesbaden, Germany to the late Roy Burgin, Jr. and Mary Hopkins Witcher. She was a Homemaker.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her step-father, Joe Witcher; husband, Jonathan Minter; daughter, Sierra Minter (Elijah Lizana); son, Nathan Minter (Ashley); brothers, Scott Burgin and Bryan Witcher (Carli); and grandchild, Kai Anthony Lizana.
