Terrell Wayne Candler

Terrell Wayne Candler, 58, of Lynchburg, died Monday, August 9, 2021, at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born in Lynchburg, Va., on January 18, 1963, he was the son of Mildred Ferguson Candler and the late Otis Terrell Candler. He was a devoted member of New Chapel Baptist Church and a member of the Faith Alive Sunday school class. Terrell loved his church and was strong in his faith. He was a graduate of William Campbell High School.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 13, 2021, at New Chapel Baptist Church by the Rev. Tim Dooley. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at New Chapel Baptist Church.
