Cora Justice

Cora Justice, 74, of Bassett, died Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at ger home. She was born in Mohawk, West Virginia on July 20, 1947 to the late Arthur Vernatter and the late Ruby Cline Vernatter. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Lynn Cline; brother and sisters, Howard Vernatter, Juanitta Vernatter and Freda Vernatter.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Sherman Justice; two sons, Teddy Justus, Jeff Justus (Tanya) daughter, Tammy McCoy (David); five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; brother, Bobby Vernatter.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 13, 2021 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the chapel of Bassett Funeral Service with funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. Jason Callahan officiating. Burial will follow in Cline Family Cemetery.
