Cornelius (Neil) Siebren Visser, of Troutville, born March 31, 1927 in the Netherlands, and passed away July 30, 2020 at his home. Because of Covid concerns at the time of his death, a memorial service will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 1 pm in the Troutville Church of the Brethren, 3133 Lee Highway, Troutville, VA 24175 with Pastor Terry Johnson officiating. Masks recommended for everyone and required for those who are not vaccinated. The family will receive friends Friday, September 3, 2021 from 5 to 7 pm at the Visser home.
