Wanda Joyce McDaniel

Wanda B. McDaniel, 71, of Roanoke, Virginia passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021.

Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, George Board and Rosa Mills; son, Dean McDaniel.

Surviving is her daughter, Shirley Duke and spouse Eddie; son, Brian McDaniel (Maria); fiancé, Gary Gibson; sister, Linda Lynskey; brother, Kenneth Board; grandchildren, Amanda Mason (Josh), Sheena Underwood (Aaron), Dallas Duke (Arianna), Deangelo McDaniel , Tyler McDaniel and Melanie McDaniel; great grandchildren, Jaydin Underwood, Jacob Mason, Haley Underwood; special niece, Melinda Robinson; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 11am -1pm, Friday, October 8, 2021 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. A celebration of Wanda’s life will be held 1pm, Friday, October 8, 2021 at Lotz Funeral Home with Pastor Melton Johnson officiating.
