Harold L. Hurt, 66, of Roanoke went home to be with the Lord Monday, October 18, 2021. He was preceded by his mother, Minie Hurt; beloved wife, Nancy Hurt; step son, Jay Richards; grandson, Lucas Atkins; and son-in-law, Kenneth Atkins.
Surviving are his daughter, Julie Atkins; daughter-in-law, Cyndi Richards; and grandchildren, Chris and Callie Richards.
In lie of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Due to Covid 19 the family will plan a private memorial service.
