Larry Wayne Brooks, 72, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022. Larry is survived by his wife Ellen D. Brooks; son, Larry W. Brooks, Jr.; Daughter, Dana Decker and husband Mike; brothers, Ricky Brooks, Benny Brooks, and Roger Brooks and wife Judy; grandchildren, Morgan Bruce, Mariah Bruce, and Kinsley Decker; as well as several nieces and nephews; and a special 4 pawed friend, London.
Services will be held Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Simpson Funeral Home Peters Creek Road Chapel at 2 pm with Pastor Jim Agnes officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until service time at 2 pm. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home (540)366-0707.
