Robert "Stoney" Deon Lester, II

Robert “Stoney” Deon Lester, II, 57, of Salem passed away on February 4, 2022.

A native of Texas he was the husband of 29 years to Jeannie Lester, who survives, and the son of Robert Deon Lester, Sr. and Gladys Johnson Lester, both deceased. Stoney enjoyed working on cars, fishing, and hunting. He was known as someone who could fix anything and he spent a lot of time helping others. Stoney especially enjoyed spending time with his grandson.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his son, Dennis Farris and wife Kimberley; daughter, Diana Farris; six grandchildren, Dylan, Larry, Seresa, Alexis, Andrea, and Brandon; six great grandchildren; his sister, Lynell O’Leary; and beloved uncle, David Johnson.

The family will receive friends at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.
