Doris Jean Jennings, 73, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 26, 2022. She was preceded in death by her son, Marcus D. Paxton.
She is survived by her daughters, Iletha P. Whorley and Gracie O. Russell; son, Keith Paxton; grandchildren, Nikkie Pridgen, Markise Paxton, Raffiell Pridgen, Monique Whorley, Brandie Salazar, Da’quisha Russell, Marcus Paxton Jr., Matthew Paxton, and Kelsie Paxton; great grandchildren, Ayanna Wooton, Abigal Ellis, Marvin Worthy Jr., Malayia Worthy, and Rayla Pridgen.
