Arthur Leo Toney, 63, passed away on September 20, 2022, in Stanleytown Health and Rehab Center. He was born on August 30, 1959, in Franklin County, Va. to the late Frank Earl Toney, Sr. and the late Janie Witcher Toney. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Kathleen Toney.
Arthur is survived by his daughter, Latoya Woods (Douglas). A granddaughter; Ayanna Penn. Sisters; Janie M. “Snooks” Easley, Michelle T. “Cissy” Ramey, Patrinda “Buck” Hughes (Anthony) and Connette “Lil Bit” Gill (Kenny); brothers, Frankie Karl Toney (Janice), Kenneth Wayne Toney (Ruby) and Frank Earl Toney, Jr. (Angela); special friend, Allison Martin; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
