Barbara Martin

Barbara Ann Mullins Martin, 84 of Narrows, VA, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at her home. Barbara was born on June 29, 1941, in Narrows, and was a daughter of the late David Lacy Mullins and Daphne Hale Mullins. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Edward Martin, Sr. a grandson, Matthew Aaron Martin, 3 brothers, Bill, Gene and Dave Mullins and 2 sisters, Patty Mullins and Sharon Mullins.

Barbara was a lifelong resident of Narrows. She loved watching sports on TV, crocheting, cross stitching and cooking and canning for her family. She loved spending time with her family. She will always be remembered as a faithful wife, loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by 4 sons, Terry R. Martin (Jo Beth) of Covington, Jeffrey Todd Martin (Rhonda) of Pulaski, Robert Edward Martin, Jr. of Narrows, William Christopher Martin of Narrows, 5 grandchildren, Terry Martin, Nicole Martin, Joseph Kinzer, Wes Martin, Thomas Saladiner, 4 great grandchildren, Damion, Kirsten, Dezeria, Millie, 3 great great grandchildren, brother, James Clyde Mullins and sister, Mary Sue Williams.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 26, 2026, at 1 pm at the Givens – Riffe Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Taylor Hines officiating with burial following in the Angels Rest Cemetery in Narrows.
