Richard Glenn Newman

Richard Glenn Newman, 73, of Stuart, Virginia passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023. He was born June 17, 1949, in Cana, Virginia to the late Buford Newman and Myrtle Felts Newman. Glenn was a devoted husband and father who worked very hard to provide for his family. He was a member of Mayo Mountain Church. He retired from Nationwide Homes after forty years of service as a truck driver. After retiring he moved on to his new adventure of lawn care. Glenn loved to mow, build things, yardwork, doing anything outside and keeping up with current events.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Lynn McHone Newman; son, Travis Glenn Newman (Tiffany); five siblings; several nieces and nephews; and Brella his fur baby.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
