          Sherry Bohon, 65 years of age, passed on Wednesday morning, February 1, 2023 in the comfort of her own home- exactly where she wanted to be.
          Sherry was born August 5, 1957 in Rocky Mount, Virginia to Andrew and Lottie Cundiff. She was the oldest of the two children- her and her brother, Stevie Cundiff.
          Her and her husband, Tom Bohon, were married 1991 and had two children shortly after. Sherry loved her family more than life itself, and while everyone knew her for that, her love for Christ was even more evident. Sherry loved reading her bible, praying for others, spending time with her husband and children and grand-dog, walking the beach, and always being the light of every room. She was the epitome of a loving and caring person, Christian, devoted wife, mother, and friend, and she was always thinking of others first. To know her was the love her.
          Sherry leaves to cherish her loving memory to her husband, Tom; to her children, Taylor and Tyler; to her mother, Lottie; her brother and sister-in-law, Stevie and Wanda; and to all her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be,
so He put his arms around you and whispered, “Come to Me.”
With tearful eyes, we watched you and saw you pass away
and although we love you dearly, we could not make you stay.
A Golden heart stopped beating, hard-working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
Services will be private.
Until we meet again, mommy. Dad, Taylor, Tyler, and Henry will miss you every day.
