James Floyd Aspell

Jim Aspell was a quiet man. A calm and steadfast presence that brought comfort to many. He was a role model for his son. A hero to his daughter. A legend to his grandsons. He was, and remains, the everlasting love of his wife of forty-two years. Still.

Jim wouldn’t want us to make a fuss. He wasn’t a fan of being the center of attention. He’d rather stand in the background, lending his calming presence to support and uplift the people around him. He’d rather sit back and make quiet jokes, or wrap an arm around your shoulders in a comforting squeeze. He was always there when you needed him.
