Mamie Rigney Brogan

July 14, 1932 - March 21, 2023

Mamie Rigney Brogan, age 90 of Roanoke died Tuesday, March 21, 2023. She was the youngest and last remaining of 13 siblings of the late Willie and Sue Gibson Rigney and was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Brogan. Surviving are her children, Donna Daniel (Brent), Becky Holt (James), Jeff Brogan (Beth); grandchildren, Laura Perek, Stacey Anders, Tyler Brogan, Alex Brogan; two great-grandchildren, Ben Perek, Reagan Perek. She was a member of Central Baptist Church where she enjoyed participating in the ministry of God’s Pit Crew. A graveside service will be held at Franklin Memorial Park, 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2023. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
