Patrick Anthony Beam

Patrick Anthony Beam “Uncle Pat”, 26, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away April 15, 2023. He was born March 17, 1997, in Martinsville, Virginia, to Lisa Hairston Nelson and the late Roger Dean Beam.

Patrick “Uncle Pat” was deeply loved by his family. He attended Compassion Church, Danville, Virginia. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized on January 15, 2023. He was known for his infectious smile, loyalty, and had the biggest, loving heart. Uncle Pat never met a stranger, loved people and was amazing with children. In his free time he enjoyed gaming and 4-wheeling with family and friends.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Charlie and Lodusky Beam and Dewie Thomas Hairston.

In addition to his mother and father, Rocky Nelson Sr., he is survived by his special friend, Michelle Tyndall; sisters; Amanda Adams (Jonathan), Tammy Beam, Sheena Sinsel; brothers; Tim Beam (Krystal), Darrell Beam (Sharon), Rocky Nelson Jr., Joseph Nelson, and Dale Lengling; grandmother, Cherri Davidson Hairston; numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
