Ethel Brown Keatts

Ethel Brown Keatts, 87, passed into her heavenly home on July 22, 2023. She was born in Pittsylvania County, VA on October 15, 1935 to the late Lois Ethel Moxley Brown and the late Roy Edward Brown. She was also predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, Noble James Keatts.

Mrs. Keatts was a Homemaker, and was a very active member of Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Holiness Church, where she worked for many years in the cafeteria at there Daycare Center.

Ethel was survived by a son; James Keatts and wife Tamara of Cascade, VA; a sister; Ada Wilson; and a Granddaughter, Lauren Keatts.

In addition to her parents and husband, Ethel was predeceased by a sister; Sherri Anderson and two brothers; Wayne and Roy Brown.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 1:00pm at Danville Memorial Gardens, Danville, VA with pastor Gary Shupe officiating. A visitation will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 from 6-7:30pm at Mt. Calvery Pentecostal Holiness Church, 350 A.L. Philpott Highway, Axton, VA 24054. The family will receive friends at other times at the residence.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Mt. Calvery Pentecostal Holiness Church, 350 A.L. Philpott Higway, Axton, VA 24054.
