Ruth Jean Shell

Ruth Jean Shell, 82, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Friday, May 8, 2020 at Pheasant Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center.

Born in Pulaski, Va., on July 11, 1937, she was the daughter of the late John Barney Dalton and Sarah Cox Dalton. Ruth Jean graduated from Pulaski High School. She operated her own Hair Salon in Pulaski for many years.

She is survived by her loving husband, W.G. Shell; her three children, Teresa Spring and son-in-law, Rick Spring, her son, Gary (Bo) Graham, and daughter Amy Shoemaker and her fiancé, Andy Mannon; her grandchildren, Jamie, Taylor and Cody Graham, Keli Spring, Whitney Graham, and Hunter Shoemaker.
