Branford Riley Crowder

Branford Riley Crowder, 55, of Danville, VA passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Branford was born September 16, 1967, in Danville to the late Brandford Crowder and the late Barbara Jean Taylor.

Branford was known as the Brady Brad when he was a DJ. His nickname was also The White Lion.

He is survived by his daughter, Chrystal Cobbs; son, Kenyon Carter (Tyhesia); stepson, Shawn Carter; grandchildren, Alexis Cobbs, Edric Mills, Armanni Cobbs, Eliana Cobbs, Darius Carter, Kailiana Carter, Kaydence Carter, and on the way, Saylani Carter; sister, Starlett Gatewood; and brother, Glenn Taylor (Celelia).

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, August 27, 2023 at the The Way Ministry, 313 Songbird Lane, Danville, VA.
