Thomas Sydnor

Thomas Sydnor, 81, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023. He was born November 27, 1941, in Clover, Virginia, to the late William Collins and Mary Wilbourne Sydnor Collins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Annie Mae Sydnor.Thomas was a member of the Mayo Missionary Baptist Church. He had been employed at Westinghouse in South Boston, Virginia, as a Senior Master Welder for 25 years, and Walmart for 19 years.He is survived by his wife, Theresa Sydnor of the home; three sons, Avery Sydnor (Erlene) of Scottsburg, Virginia, Eric Sydnor (Clair) of Brookfield, Wisconsin, and Chad Sydnor of Virginia Beach, Virginia; one daughter, Keona Sydnor of Richmond, Virginia; brother, Harry Wilborn (Lou); nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.The Memorial Service will be Saturday, October, 14, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Dewight Mack officiating.Wright Funeral Service and Crematory is serving the family.
