Dale Southers

Dale Cameron Southers, age 63, of 104 Walton Church Lane, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Monday, September 25, 2023 at his residence.
He was born on June 22, 1960 in Rockbridge County, Virginia to the late Lewis Edward and Leslie Irene Birmingham Southers. He was a member of Living Stones Ministries and enjoyed camping and fishing.
In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Patterson Southers;a sister, Brenda Broughman; stepdaughter, Mary Richmond; and a niece, Ann Richmond.
He is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Southers of Maine and a son, Shawn Lawson of West Virginia; a grandson, Hunter; step children, Leona Persinger, Katherine Brown, Tina Persinger, Marshall Persinger, and Melissa Reid; as well as step grandchildren, Mitzi Harper, Jamie Eagle Brown, Carissa Higgins, John David Higgins, Jimmy Soto, Billy Reid, Jr., Sheryn Reid, Sam Reid, Kaley Reid, Anthony Reid, Alana Reid, Angelina Reid, Lyric Reid, Phoenix Reid, Koda Reid, Frannie Reid, and Raquel Reid; a sister, Donna Southers of Alexandria.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. There will be no services at this time.
