Phillip Wayne Davidson

Phillip Wayne Davidson, 45, passed away on October 12, 2023. Phillip was born in Martinsville, VA on July 31, 1978 and was predeceased by his parents, Mrs. Bessie Bancroft and Leonard Bancroft.

Phillip was of the Christian faith, and worked for many years in Construction and Maintenance, and was currently working for Hanes Brands Inc. He had a special love for vehicles, particularly Dodge’s and Ford Mustangs. He took pride in the fact that he was an organ donor, and as a result of his passing, helped save four lives.

Phillip is survived by a daughter; Kelsey Goad and husband John of Colorado; a son; Austin Ryan Tyler Davidson of the residence; a sister; Roxanne Burns and husband Dennis of Ringgold, VA; a brother; Waylone; and the mother of his children; Ashley Roberts.

The family will receive friends at a visitation to be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 from 5-7:00pm, at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA.
