Victor Allan Tucker

Victor Allan Tucker, age 69 of Ringgold, Virginia passed away Saturday, May 4, 2023 at Sovah Health in Danville, Virginia. Mr. Tucker was born March 17, 1955 in Galax, Virginia to the late Victor E. Tucker and the late Shirley Hackler Tucker. He was married to Cathy Ellis Tucker.

His greatest joy was spending time with his son, grandchildren, and his family. He enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, hunting, and working on his truck. He was a retired pipefitter with the Austin Company, and proudly served his country in the US Navy.

In addition to his beloved wife of the residence, he is survived by his son, Victor Allan Tucker (Bethany); grandchildren, Kamryn Tucker, Chase Tucker, and Karleigh Tucker; his sister, Marriane Tucker; his brother, Steven Tucker (Rhonda); his close friend, Curtis Hyatt (Vicky); and his faithful companion, “Terror”.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, May 13, 2024, 11:00 a.m. at Norris Funeral Service, West End Chapel, 511 Church Avenue, Danville, Virginia. Military Honors will be provided by Gretna American Legion Post 232/Altavista Post 36, PO Box 675 Gretna, Virginia 24557.
