Walter Thomas "Tommy" Powell Jr., 83, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 23, 2024. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey L. Powell; and parents, Walter and Hazel Powell.
Tommy is survived by his son, Walter T. Powell III (Carrie); 2 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Janice Whitemack; nephew, Randy Hilton (Laura); and other family members.
