Justine Puckett peacefully passed away on July 28, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer, leaving her family heartbroken. She was born on July 14, 1958.
Justine was preceded in death by her parents, William and Marie Jones, her sister Fhonda Artrip, and her brother Kevin Jones.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Curtis "Sonny" Puckett.
She also leaves behind her brother, Billy Jones, his wife Lillian, and their son Xavier Jones; her sister, Denise St. Jean, her husband Brice and niece Heather Green, her husband William, and her great niece Autumn Green; and nephews, Brenden Farber and Ash Artrip.
Justine retired from Roanoke City Schools, where she also spent many years in childcare.
