Mattie Sue Walker Nunn

MATTIE SUE WALKER NUNN, 80, of Bland, VA, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at her home.

She was born September 30, 1943 in Tazewell, VA, the daughter of the late Clarence & Cleo Walker.

Mattie enjoyed shopping and travelling when she was younger. As the years have gone by, she enjoyed spending her time at home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence & Cleo Walker and her husband of 55 years, Robert Lloyd Nunn.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters & son-in-law, Connie Nunn and Karen & Ronald Hall; her granddaughters, Bella Nunn and Sheena Shrader; 6 great-grandchildren and her cat, “Abby.”

A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at Shiloh Cemetery with Jack Cox officiating.
