Adrian Orlando Hairston

Mr. Adrian Orlando Hairston was born in Martinsville, Virginia to Angela Hairston on May 31, 1967, and passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 23, 2023 in Greensboro, NC. He attended Martinsville City Schools and was employed with Hanes Brand Company. He had a sense of musicality being an avid percussionist and a love for the game of basketball. He was preceded in death by his brother Toyin Hairston. He leaves to cherish his loving memories: His Mother; Angela Hairston; His Children; three Daughters Kadijah Hairston, Aniyah Hairston and a special daughter in Texas. Four Sons; Dion Hairston, Dominique Hairston, Adrian Hairston, Jr., and Andre Hairston. One stepson; Marquise Carter. Four Sisters; Tammy Hairston, Keisha Hairston, Nicole Shelton and Kimberly Shelton. Three Brothers; Jerome Shelton, Keith Shelton and Trevor Shelton; Fourteen grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. He also leaves to cherish his loving memory, a special companion; Shuwana Dillard. The funeral will be Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 12:00 PM, at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Marshall L. Wells officiating. Burial will follow at Carver Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
