Albert “Shawn” Wayne Collins, 65, of Elliston passed away on March 5, 2025.
Shawn was born in Virginia on June 13, 1959. He worked as an over the road truck driver for his entire career. He enjoyed fishing, Nascar, boats and the outdoors.
Shawn was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Walker; step father, Grady Walker; father, Leonard Collins; and brothers, Gilmer Collins and Grady Walker, Jr.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Christy Collins; son, Evan Collins; ex wife, Kathy Collins; brothers, Tommy Walker, Billy Collins, and Frazier Collins; and his seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.
