Alice Angle

Alice Marie Taylor Angle, age 83 of Bassett, VA , passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at her residence after a decline in health.Mrs. Angle was born on November 21, 1939 in Caswell County, N.C. to Arthur Dotson Taylor and Gracie Louise Hardgrove Taylor. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Nellie C. Stoots and brothers, Arthur Taylor, Jr. and James Taylor. She was retired from Carter Bank & Trust.Mrs. Angle is survived by her husband, James Alfred Angle of the residence, daughter, Lynn B. Wilson (Mark) of Danville, VA, son, Charles “Chuck” A. Angle of Atlanta, GA, granddaughter, Taylor Brogan (Troy) of Roanoke, VA., great grandchildren, Colton Brogan and Abigail Brogan, sister, Evelyn Lowe and brother, Thomas Taylor (Sandra) all of Danville, VA., several nieces and nephews.A Private Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home, Bassett, VA.
