Alma Alexander Nixon

Alma Alexander Nixon, 94, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Pierce Harper Alexander; her husband, Eugene Buster Nixon; great-grandson, Damion Wilson; and her siblings, Jack Alexander, Lester Alexander, Myrtle Hawkins, and Ernest Alexander. 
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Diane Atkinson (Michael); son and daughter-in-law, Tony Nixon (Wilma); grandchildren and their spouses, Seth Atkinson (Elycia), Abbey Jones (Tim), Michael Wilson (Kaitlin), Christie Nixon, and Kyle Nixon; great-grandchildren, Cora Holdren, Maxx Jones, Kalib Nixon, Marshall Atkinson, Zane Hollingsworth, and Ensley Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, Hubert Alexander (Elaine); and many other relatives and special friends.
A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin with Rev. Darlene Marshall officiating.
