Alma "Pat" Patricia Crowder Kessler

Alma Patricia “Pat” Crowder Kessler, 86, wife of Ernest “Ray” Kessler, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Frances Crowder.

She was a long-time member of North Roanoke Baptist Church and was retired from the Virginia Department of Transportation.

She will be missed and remembered by her husband of 65 years, Ray Kessler; son, David Kessler (Terri); daughter, Kimberly Cunningham (Todd); step-grandchildren, Joshua Cunningham, Caden Cunningham, and Conlyn Cunningham; special friends, Nancy Conner and Nancy English.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 in the Chapel of Light at Evergreen Burial Park with Rev. Daniel Palmer officiating. The family will speak to guests following the service.

She was very loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
