Annie Naomi Millner

Annie Naomi Millner, 95, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Monday, February 10, 2025. She was born, November 17, 1929, in Martinsville, Virginia to the late Alfred Moore and Eva Brim Moore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, David Millner; and sons, Harry Millner, Gary Millner, and Calvin Millner.

Annie was a member of Mayo Missionary Baptist Church. She worked in the textile industry as a custodian for many years and was also a Henry County School bus driver for a number of years. Annie loved to cook and garden in her free time.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Marla Joyce Millner; grandchildren, Adria Renee Millner, Katina Wallace, Kevin Millner, and Ramon Millner; great-grandchildren, Shaquae Millner, Tyler Wallace, Destyni Millner, Khameryn Millner, and Adyn Millner; great-great-granchildren, Aamire Millner, Jayden Sloan, and Deshawn Sloan; and special niece, Deborah Lowe and numerous other nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Reverend Dwight Mack officiating. Interment will follow at Mayo Missionary Baptist Church, 3554 Horsepasture Price Road, Ridgeway, Virginia 24148. A visitation will be held one half hour prior to the service. There will be a floating visitation Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service.
