Anthony Galloway

Anthony Galloway, 69, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2025. He was born June 6, 1955, in Winston Salem, North Carolina to the late John Stroman and JoAnn Galloway Stroman.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sons, Lawrence Hairston and Brandon Hairston.

Anthony was a dedicated employee of Beverly Healthcare where he served for more than twenty years and a graduate of Martinsville High School. In his free time, you could find him cooking; a task he greatly enjoyed. He loved spending time with his family and was known as the jokester of the family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Faye Hairston Galloway; daughter, Tareyll Waller; sons, Tony Waller, Demetrius Hairston and Altimus Hairston (Kimberly); sisters, Valerie Stroman and Deborah Stroman.

All services will be private.
