Anthony Paul Bruno
Anthony Paul Bruno, 70, passed away suddenly on October 20, 2024. He was born in Brockway, PA on October 25, 1953 to the late Helen Morreli Bruno and the late Louis Henry Bruno. Anthony was a beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Brother.
Anthony is survived by his wife of 42 years, Cheryl Hughes Bruno. He is also survived by his children; Phillip Henderson and wife Wandrea, Louis Bruno, and Elizabeth Harris and husband Jayson. He is survived by his grandchildren; Blake and Blair Harris, Logan and Gracelyn Bruno, and Jaten and Blaine Yates. Anthony also is survived by his four sisters and their family.
Anthony worked for Owen Brockway, now known as Owen Illinois for over 40 years. The factory was from his hometown, Brockway, PA. His father also worked for the original factory in Brockway. Before this time in his life he was an Italian chef, his specialty was his Lasagna. He loved rock music and Harley Davidson. His favorite song was by the Beatles “Yesterday”. He always wanted to learn to fly fish. He loved his family and any time he could get to spend with them and see his grandkids play sports. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He also loved his dog, Stryker and made sure to spoil her with only fresh cooked food.
A Celebration of Life for Anthony will be held at White Oak Worship Center, 8465 US Highway 29, Blairs, VA will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 11:00am, with Pastor Roger Ewing officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service on the same day, from 10-11:00am, also at White Oak Worship Center. If you own a Harley and are able, it would be a great honor to Tony, if you would ride it to his service.

Tony donated to local police funding, Wounded Warriors, animal rescues, as well as the Children’s Miracle network. Family will receive friends and family at their home at 4453 Ringgold Church Road, Ringgold, VA this week.
