Aaron Douglass "Chip" Gallant
On April 26, 2022 we lost our loved one Aaron Douglass “Chip” Gallant. Aaron was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Tessie May Gallant and Robert E. Lee Gallant. He was a very great man at the age of 68. He lived a life that nobody could stop, but our Father above.
Aaron loved working on old cars, watching Antique Roadshow, Pawn Stars, Storage Wars, fishing, collecting coins and going to family outings. He resided in Martinsville, Virginia with his parents. He then went in the Airforce. After discharge he moved to Roanoke Virginia. Aaron has now joined his mother Tessie; father, Robert; aunts, uncles, grandparents, his brother, Jonah; granddaughter, A’Myrikal at the gates of heaven.
Aaron has left behind his wife Barbara Gallant; children, Avalon Gallant (Duke), Nick Gallant (Lakeisha Brandon), Adrian Andrews, Malika Gallant, Jessica Lillibridge, Effany Gallant, Heather Gallant and Meriallita Gallant; siblings, Gerald Gallant, Andre Gallant, Anthony Gallant, Sharon Gallant and Gail Gallant; grandchildren, Alayah Gallant, A’jadah Wilson, Aliziah Gallant, Ja’leyna Lillibridge, Jayceon Gallant, Ayden Hill, Brayden Hill, Amani Hill, Kristopher Withers, and A’Mazen Withers; and a host nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
The funeral will be Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 11:30 A. M. at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Mark Norman officiating. Visitation will be thirty minutes prior to the service. Burial will be private.
