Sheila Cline

Shelia Cline, age 66 of Troutville, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Carrington Place at Daleville Commons following a long illness.

Shelia was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky August 17, 1953 and lived in the Troutville area most of her life. She was the daughter of Fred W. Seagraves and the late Ida Jean Clark Seagraves.

Shelia worked at ITT for many years and was a member of Troutville Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed fishing and gardening.

In addition to her mother, Shelia was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Cline; grandchildren: Andrew Lukach and Michael Brogan; and her brother, Charles C. Seagraves. She is survived by her daughter Anita Lukach and her husband Joel Ratledge; granddaughter Carrissa Robertson; her father Fred W. Seagraves of Kentucky; brother Fred Seagraves of West Virginia; and sisters and brothers-in-law: Shirley and Roger Bailey, Sharon and Terry Mullins, and Shelby and Stacy Mullins all of West Virginia.

A graveside service will be 11:00 am Monday, August 26 at Sherwood Memorial Park, 1250 East Main Street, Salem with Pastor Terry R. Johnson officiating.
