Larry Thacker, Jr.

Larry Wade Thacker, Jr., 55, of Bassett, Virginia passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Moses Cone Hospital, in Greensboro, North Carolina. He was born March 8, 1967, in Martinsville, Virginia to the late Larry Wade Thacker, Sr. and Viven Kivett Thacker. He had been a Realtor with the Spencer Group. Larry enjoyed fishing and traveling, especially the beach.

He is survived by a son, Larry Thomas Thacker; sisters, Cheryl Thacker Childs (Roger) and Melissa Thacker Wade (Brock); brothers, Jerry Thacker (Denise) and Robert Thacker (Donna); two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
