Georgie Mae Earles

Georgie Mae Earles, 91, of Martinsville, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022, at her home.  She was born in Henry County on September 25, 1930, to the late Charles A. Washington and the late Eva Craddock Washington.  In addition to his parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rev. Clyde Junior Earles; brothers, Harry Lee Washington, Roy Washington, Larry Washington; sister, Mildred Keffer; nephew, Eddie Keffer; niece, Kim.
Georgie is survived by her nephews, Clyde “Gene” Keffer, Ricky Keffer, Randy Washington and Ray Washington; nieces, Dorothy Jane, Sylvia, Kathy and Jeannie Marie.
The family will receive friends Monday, June 27, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Bassett Funeral Service Chapel.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jerry Payne and Moyer Brown officiating.  Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Martinsville.
