Willie Boyce Stallard, Jr.

Willie Boyce Stallard, Jr., 59, of Martinsville, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. He was born April 14, 1963, in Martinsville, to Stella Pauline Peele Light and the late Willie Boyce Stallard, Sr. He had been employed by Southern Finishing, and enjoyed gardening, watching the Dallas Cowboys and collecting concert shirts.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Heather LeAnn Plasters (Carl Jr.); son, Justin Chaney; sisters, Kathy Lynn Powell, Tonya Amos (David), Cassandra Lea Nasuti (Billy) and Janet Shrader (Howell); brother, Michael Matthew Porter (Jessica); grandson, Peyton Dean Plasters; step-mother, Linda “Nana” Stallard; life partner, Leslie Chaney; and fur baby, Max.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 2, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service
Chapel. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
