Quoc Doan

Quoc Doan, 42, of Collinsville, Virginia passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022. He was the eldest son of Van and Chien Doan of Ridgeway, Virginia. After Quoc graduated from Magna Vista High School in 1998, he completed his industrial electronics technology degree at Patrick Henry Community College and was in the process of completing his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at Old Dominion University. Quoc was a long-time employee at Hanesbrands, Inc.

Quoc lived life with a generous heart and a silly sense of humor. He was deeply loving of his family and friends. He left a memorable impression on everyone he met. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Martinsville, Virginia and currently attended Valley Drive Baptist Church in Fieldale, Virginia.

In addition to his parents, Quoc is survived by his loving wife of eleven years, Marsha Doan; his sons, Benjamin Doan and Elijah Rakes; his siblings, Anh Doan and Hieu Doan; his in-law family, Toby and Sandra Keffer, Matthew Keffer, and Jacob and Christy Keffer.

Quoc’s life will be celebrated with a viewing from 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., followed by a memorial service at 12:30 P.M. Both the viewing and the memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at Wright Funeral Service & Crematory, 1425 Greensboro Road, Martinsville, Virginia 24112.
