Mrs. Lizzie Maxcine Stanley, 91, transitioned on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the home of her daughter in Ft. Washington, Md.
A visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the funeral. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Oak Hill Cathedral of Glory with the Rev. Todd Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the Martin Family Cemetery in Bassett. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 5 until 7 p.m. and will be at the home at 1839 Sunset Drive, Bassett, Va.
