Willie Chambers

Willie Rosetta Chambers, 91, of Appomattox, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Babcock Manor.
Born in Mineola, Tex, on November 30, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Pauline Thomas Pearce and the late Johnny Lee Pearce.
She is survived by two children, Paula Martin and husband, Gregg and Jerry Alan Chambers and wife, Marsha; two sisters, Brenda P. Hendrickson and husband, Gordon and Sherry P. Steele and husband, Wes; nine grandchildren, Michael Chambers, Jennifer Currin, Jason Chambers, Kari Klous and husband, Tommy Halverson, David Klous and wife, Ena, Travis Klous and Jenn Lieb, Kevin Klous and wife, Melissa, Caleb Klous and Jena McCann, Kyle Martin and wife, Julie; and fourteen great-grandchildren, Zoey, Cheyanne, Haley, Darien, Emma, Laya, Gunnar, Liv, Kylie, Hannah, Emory, Chloe, Maddie, Hadley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Daisy Pearce and Lillian Juanita “Nita” Packer; one brother, Arnold Lee Pearce; two grandsons, Jonathan Wade Klous and Aiden Martin.
A memorial service will be held 10 am, Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Mt. Comfort Methodist Church with Rev. Wyatt Cudd officiating.
