Ellen Taylor Ragland

Ellen Taylor Ragland, 78, of Danville and formerly of Appomattox, died Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Born in Lynchburg, VA on April 12, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Carrie Louise Baldwin Taylor and James Ryland Taylor. She retired from Courtland Garment Factory.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews including a special niece, Linda Goode and husband, Henry and two dear friends, Cindy and Amanda.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, R. Rayland Taylor and George “Red” Taylor and three sisters, Betty Seay, Louise Thompson, and Helen T. Ragland.
