Cecelia Martin Bowman, 85 of Bedford, VA passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019 at her home at English Meadows, the Elks Home. She was born on Sunday, November 26, 1933 in North Fork, WV, a daughter of the late Cecil Martin and Olive Seddon Martin. She was also preceded in death by husband, Delano Lee Bowman.
She was a member of Morgans Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, James Bowman & Daniel Bowman.
Funeral services will be held at the graveside at Virginia Memorial Park at 2 PM on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 with Rev. Jason Arthur officiating. There is no visitation.
Arrangements are being handled by Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
