Margaret Staedel Thomas

Margaret Staedel Thomas, 90, of Roanoke passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020. She was an active member of Oakland Baptist Church.

She is survived by her brother, Jack Staedel of Pahrump, Nevada.

In lieu of flowers Margaret had requested donations be made to the SPCA, 1340 Baldwin Ave NE, Roanoke, VA 24012, Oakland Baptist Church, 3623 Roundhill Ave NW, Roanoke, VA 24012 or the Virginia Baptist Children’s Home, PO Box 849, Salem, VA 24153.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. A graveside service will be held 2pm, Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with Pastor Scott Hamilton officiating.
