Betty Arlene Carter Kiser, 82, of Roanoke, Va., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday May, 5, 2020.
She was an avid reader and animal lover, and enjoyed spending time at the beach and camping with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Hermenia Carter; husband, Henry Kiser Jr.; and son, Donald Franklin.
She is survived by her children, Kathleen Franklin, Samuel Franklin, Chip Kiser and his wife, Jane, Elizabeth Stewart, and Robert Kiser and his wife, Terri; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special cousins, Annie Weaver and Danny Bond; and a companion, James Woolridge.
