Shirley Copenhaver Farrier Strother, of Newport and Blacksburg, passed away on April 3, 2020. Due to Covid restrictions at the time of her passing, services were postponed. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 12, at 1:00 P.M. at the Blacksburg United Methodist Church. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Whisner Building adjoining the church, where all are welcome to join.
