Rebecca "Becky" Davidson Rankin

Rebecca “Becky” Davidson Rankin, 61 of Buck Creek Road, Appomattox, died Sunday, September 6, 2020. She was the wife of Robert Rankin.

Born in Lynchburg, January 8, 1959, she was a daughter of the late Virginia Bondurant and Thomas Osborne Davidson. Becky was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Kate R. Bakker and husband, Jacob of Appomattox; two brothers, Edward O. Davidson and wife, Deidra of Statesville and Judson C. Davidson and wife, Sherry of Appomattox; one sister, Mary D. Thomas of Appomattox; three grandchildren, Brayden, Kaleb and Eli; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas C. Seay.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations to help with the cost of funeral expenses for Becky be made to Robinson Funeral Home.
